Entering the world of essential oils!


Recently I have been looking into massage oils for pain relief, reducing anxiety and to help with sleep. I thought I could do a bit of experimenting to see what works well so I got myself a little essential oils kit from SoulEssence - it is so lovely!

There are so many recipes and recommendations out there, ones that are safe for pregnancy and postpartum too. Chamomile and Lavender are two that I will try to work into some of my different mixes as I have been told that they are wonderful for pain relief and pregnancy-friendly.

Have you used any essential oils during pregnancy? What would you recommend?

This evening I had a little play around with them and made a small mixture of the oils that are recommended for insomnia, to see if it helps me sleep. I'll let you know how it goes!
